Our services (VPS, GAME Hosting) must not be used for any illegal purposes, abusive behavior, or activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

Demon Nodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to: misuse of resources, malicious behavior, or violation of these terms.

While we make every effort to ensure high availability, Demon Nodes does not guarantee 100% uptime. Technical support is provided in accordance with our internal support guidelines and response times.

Users are solely responsible for managing and backing up their data. Demon Nodes is not liable for any data loss or corruption and does not ensure recovery in such events.

Demon Nodes may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
